KUWAIT CHEMICAL SOCIETY

Kuwait Chemical Society was founded in 1982. It’s one of the most prominent non-governmental organizations in Kuwait. It’s established for the purpose of care affairs of chemists and interest in chemistry, introducing the issues of chemistry to the society, organizing and sponsoring communication with similar Arab and foreign organizations, as well as representing Kuwait to the international forums.

Kuwait Chemical Society, one of the most prominent public benefit associations in Kuwait, has intensive activities in collaboration with the official authorities and organizations and affiliated societies with the objective of enhancing the chemical culture and introducing this science and its role in the individual’s life and communities.

The Society adopts the slogan “Chemistry is Life”, which is highly expressive of its conviction. The slogan also constitutes a framework organizing the Society’s activities. This means that the Society is present in various occasions, laying solutions, and providing visions and perspectives in most of the significant issues of the community.
